Entry-Level Event Assistant

We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement activities, brand awareness campaigns, and customer acquisition initiatives throughout the Minneapolis area. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals interested in developing experience in event marketing, customer service, sales support, brand promotion, community outreach, and face-to-face customer engagement. As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you will work alongside experienced team members to help execute promotional sales campaigns, customer acquisition initiatives, retail marketing activations, and customer engagement projects. You'll interact directly with customers, represent client brands professionally, and contribute to the success of live events and marketing campaigns. No previous experience is required. Full training is provided. Key Responsibilities Assist with the setup, coordination, and execution of promotional events, marketing activations, and customer engagement campaigns. Represent client brands professionally at community events, retail promotions, and customer-facing marketing initiatives. Engage with customers to provide information about products, services, promotions, and campaign objectives. Support customer acquisition efforts through positive customer interactions and relationship-building. Deliver excellent customer service while creating memorable brand experiences. Assist with promotional sales activities and help drive event performance goals. Collect customer feedback and event insights to support campaign improvements. Distribute promotional materials and maintain attractive event displays. Work closely with team members to ensure smooth event operations and successful campaign delivery.
