Senior Market Research Analyst

Managing and growing a portfolio of research and benchmarking products, the full-time remote Senior Market Research Analyst will conduct hands-on research on refurbished smartphones and online sales, while leading an international research team and maintaining client relationships. Key responsibilities Design and deliver quantitative deliverables, including forecasts and performance benchmarks Conduct primary and secondary research on refurbished smartphones and online sales channels, tracking market trends and competitive dynamics Oversee an international research team, ensuring quality and consistency across methodologies and client deliverables Required qualifications 5-7+ years of experience as an industry analyst in mobile devices or consumer technology Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in data modeling and advanced formulas Experience with data analytics/visualization tools such as Domo, Tableau, or Power BI Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Market Research, Statistics, or a related field Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
