Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
- Shape retention strategy and project delivery for Genre Pack subscribers.
- Develop and deliver technical strategies to reduce churn.
- Identify and launch new churn reduction testing strategies.
- Build and communicate strategies requiring development by IT and Engineering.
- Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to develop modern marketing strategies.
- Lead initiatives focusing on automation and personalization to optimize KPIs.
- Develop lifecycle strategies across engagement, upsell/cross-sell, retention, and churn mitigation.
- Act as the marketing lead for Genre Pack strategies.
- Develop a feedback loop for program updates and overcoming obstacles.
- Focus on effective customer communication and solution-oriented thinking.
- Manage multiple priorities and collaborate on various campaign initiatives.
- Launch strategies with measurement plans for performance tracking against KPIs.
- Use customer insights, behavioral data, and campaign performance trends to optimize existing journeys.
- Partner with analysts and stakeholders to develop testing strategies and demonstrate incremental value.
Requirements
- Experience developing and communicating capability and testing strategy to technical delivery teams.
- Experience with retention or churn mitigation strategy and testing with a subscription service.
- Autonomously leading enterprise strategic initiatives.
- Proactive and independent leadership of strategic portfolio.
- Proven record of accountability to deliver initiatives in alignment with program roadmap.
- Minimum 2 years of communications or campaign strategy experience with emphasis on automation, personalization, and efficiency.

- Ability to effectively work and collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders.
- Effective communication of program updates, performance, strategy, and roadmap with senior marketing leadership.
- Executive decision-making skills for data/insights, testing roadmap, and strategic implementation.
- Understanding of building business cases and developing strategic testing plans.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and automate processes.
