Frontline Applicant Tracking - Educational Service Center of the Western Reserve Educational Service Center of the Western Reserve High School SPED Teacher/Academic Advisor JobID: 9641 Opening for: High School SPED Teacher/Academic Advisor SY 2026 - 2027 Description: The ACE Academy Community school has an immediate opening for a SPED Teacher/Academic Advisor Full Time for the SY 2026-2027. ACE Community Academy is located in Middlefield, Ohio. The High School is a program where students work in Agricultural fields of study and complete their core academic requirements through an online platform. Students report to the building every day and work in the classroom. ACE is looking for an intervention specialist to provide instruction and leadership to those students that currently have an IEP or need intervention. Qualifications Special Education: Candidates must hold a current, valid license with endorsement in Special Education, must have the ability to write an IEP, have a general understanding of compliance, timelines/deadlines, understand/utilize technology as a tool for teaching and learning. Academic Advisor: Exhibit knowledge of standards-based curriculum and instructional programs and practices for elementary, middle, and high school levels. Oversight and accountability of online academic platforms and operations impacting the student's ability to access, receive, and complete academic work. Collaborate with ACE Academic Team to ensure that students have completed all state assessments and any other recommended testing. Must pass required background checks. Working Conditions Salary and work hours as well as terms and conditions of employment shall be determined by the Executive Director and ACE Academy Board of Directors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
