We are looking for a results-driven professional with strong operational and estimating experience who can help drive efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer service.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced service environment, understands home service operations, and can confidently manage both field and office coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate residential and light commercial repair/remodel estimatesConduct on-site assessments and clearly communicate scope of work to clientsOversee daily operations, scheduling, and job progressSupport technicians to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budgetMaintain strong customer communication throughout project lifecycleMonitor job costing, profitability, and performance metricsEnsure high standards of quality, safety, and professionalismAssist with process improvements and operational efficiencyQualifications/RequirementsMinimum 5+ years of estimating and/or operations management experience (home services industry preferred) requiredLive in Miami-Dade CountyStrong knowledge of residential repairs, remodeling, or construction processesBilingual (English/Spanish) requiredExcellent communication and customer service skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailProficient with technology and job management systemsService Titan experience is a strong plusValid driver’s license and clean driving recordComplete a background checkCompensation & BenefitsStarting salary of $55,000 per yearPerformance-based bonusesGrowth opportunity within a rapidly expanding companySupportive team environmentPaid time offHealth benefits401KAbout Mr. HandymanMr. Handyman is a trusted national brand providing professional home repair and maintenance services.
