Be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.Create an environment that supports and develops the members of your team.Be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.What You Bring to the Table:1-2 years of catering or banquet leadership experienceValid Driver's License and 3+ years of safe driving experienceComfortable driving a 16' box truck and able to climb in and out of vehicleExperience leading a team, whether in food service or other industryExcellent communication ability, both verbal and writtenPositive and empowering interpersonal skillsPhysical stamina to work long hours (must be able to lift 50 pounds)The Good Stuff!$22/hr + occasional tipsEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Discounts at all Trolley House Hospitality companies including catering services and vending items in our warehouseFree Employee Shift Meal Part-time employees who work at least 1,000 hours a year are eligible for 401k matching after the first year
