The Opportunity: Sales & Business Development Professional
- We are seeking a high-performing, entrepreneurial “hunter”—someone who thrives on building pipelines, opening doors, and closing meaningful business.
- This is not a maintenance role. This is for a driven deal-maker who wants to directly impact growth, expand market presence, and build long-term client partnerships.

What You’ll Do
- Drive New Revenue: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across target markets.
- Own the Pipeline: Prospect through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic engagement.
- Open Doors: Secure meetings with decision-makers (Facilities, Operations, Procurement, C-Suite).
- Build Relationships: Establish trust and long-term partnerships with clients.
- Craft Solutions: Develop tailored proposals aligned with client needs and operational realities.
- Execute & Close: Lead negotiations and convert opportunities into long-term contracts.
Marketing & Growth Execution
- Design and execute targeted email campaigns and outreach sequences.
- Leverage AI tools to optimize prospecting, messaging, and engagement (email personalization, sequencing, follow-ups)
- Collaborate with marketing to develop campaign strategies, content, and brand positioning.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn and CRM tools for digital prospecting and lead generation.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously refine outreach strategies for higher conversion.
- Operational Discipline.
- Track Performance: Maintain pipeline discipline and forecasting within CRM systems.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Operations, CX, and Marketing to ensure seamless delivery and positioning.
- Represent the Brand: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Territory Ownership: Actively manage and grow your assigned market.

Preferred Experience
- 3–5 years in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Experience in facility services, commercial real estate, building services, or hospitality is a strong plus Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn prospecting, and digital outreach tools.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
