Proven record in estimating Hollow Metal, Wood Doors, Finish Hardware and Division 10 items by accurately interpreting plans and specifications. Experience managing personnel and ability to close sales by furnishing an accurately defined scope and pricing based on plans and specifications. Minimum of 15 years experience in the Door and Hardware industry with at least 8 years in estimating and management. Excellent computer skills and experience with industry based software (Comsense DOS preferred). Project Manager Project Managers are responsible for the total management of projects for Hollow Metal, Wood Doors, Finish Hardware and Division 10 items from post bid to closeout, including preparation of shop drawings. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of consistently meeting project deadlines and logistical requirements to exceed customer expectations. Minimum of 8 years experience in the Door and Hardware industry with at least 5 years in Project Management. Excellent computer skills and experience with an industry based software (Comsense DOS preferred). Assistant Project Manager The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for assisting Project Managers and Estimators with various duties. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Minimum of 5 years experience in the Door and Hardware industry. Excellent computer skills and experience with an industry based software (Comsense DOS preferred).
