Sample Storage Support Specialist - Environment Testing - Sun-Thurs, 8pm - 6:30am

This role involves processing and managing client samples in a laboratory setting, including data entry, project coordination, and sample logistics. The position operates overnight shifts (Sunday-Thursday, 8pm-6:30am) and requires attention to detail, computer proficiency, and the ability to handle high-volume sample receipt.

Responsibilities

• Interpret client analytical requirements and enter sample data into computer systems
• Manage client projects and coordinate between project managers and sample registration
• Maintain and organize client files including quotes, purchase orders, and activity records
• Unpack and process incoming sample kits and coolers; route rush samples to technical centers
• Provide departmental support including training, labeling, and filing as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
• Computer skills including data entry
• Professional English proficiency (read, write, speak)
• Work authorization in United States without sponsorship
• 1+ years laboratory experience (preferred)
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset

Compensation: $17.75/hour plus 10% shift differential
