Entry Level Business Support Specialist

Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina

Eurofins seeks an entry-level Business Support Specialist to provide technical support for in-house applications, manage user inquiries, and assist with system administration. The role involves troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with development teams in Lancaster, PA.

Responsibilities

Respond to and resolve user inquiries for in-house applications
Monitor and implement administrative changes within systems
Troubleshoot application issues with cross-functional teams
Document support processes, FAQs, and system updates
Provide end-user training on application functionality

Requirements

Associate's degree in life sciences, computer science, or related field
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to learn new software systems quickly
Prior experience in systems support (preferred)
