Gifford Health Care Office ManagerGifford Health Care is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our primary care departments at the Bethel and Rochester Health Centers. This role is responsible for the overall performance of the practices, including staffing, budget management, clinic operations, and resolving patient concerns. The Office Manager will ensure the efficient operation of all daily functions, including patient access, scheduling, care coordination, and the safe delivery of care. This position also actively supports the team by participating in direct patient care coordination and operational activities as needed.Requirements:Minimum of two years of management experience preferredActive Nationally Certified Medical Assistant or LPN/RN Licensure in the State of VermontBachelor’s degree in healthcare-related field preferredBLS certification requiredGifford Health Care offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
