Refrigerant Market Manager

You will develop and implement commercial strategies to drive refrigerant sales growth, including market segmentation and identification of key opportunities Lead, motivate, and train the sales team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge required to achieve established sales objectives Develop specific strategies for launching and positioning new generations of refrigerants in the market, addressing customer needs and regulatory changes You are expected to manage and monitor import permits and other regulatory requirements affecting refrigerant commercialization Conduct ongoing market studies to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities, recommending corrective actions when significant market variations occur Maintain close relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty while developing new business opportunities You are going monitor sales performance, prepare performance reports, and present results to executive management Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless customer service and compliance with corporate protocols What makes you great You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field Minimum of five years of sales experience, preferably in chemical products, refrigerants, or related industries In-depth knowledge of the refrigerants market and industry dynamics Strong B2B sales management and strategic negotiation skills You have proven ability to develop and execute long-term sales strategies aligned with market and regulatory requirements Familiarity with regulatory permits, product import processes, and international chemical regulations Advanced proficiency with technology tools for market analysis and sales tracking, including CRM systems and data analytics tools You have excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and team-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset Effective communication skills in English and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Why you will love working with us Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion.
