Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students’ emotional and social needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on individual circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness strategies, and solution-focused approaches, to foster student resilience and promote emotional well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with state regulations and organizational protocols.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, school counselors, and parents, to ensure a holistic approach to each student’s care.

• Stay informed on the latest research and practices in mental health to enhance program effectiveness and incorporate innovative approaches into therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be students in a school environment, many of whom may be coping with trauma, anxiety, or depression. You will work closely with young individuals from diverse backgrounds, addressing their unique needs and empowering them to overcome challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active Licensed Mental Health Therapist license (LMSW) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
