Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior school-based experience preferred, with ability to manage a varied K-12 caseload
• Familiarity with IEP process and special education documentation requirements
• Collaborative and patient, with strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Assess, diagnose, and develop appropriate intervention plans for speech, language, and communication challenges
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to development and review of student goals
• Maintain accurate documentation on student progress and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and school staff to support student outcomes
