Previous experience in home care or healthcare setting is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Compassionate demeanor and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and assist clients with physical tasks. Basic understanding of medical terminology and care practices. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Background check and drug screening required.
