Surveillance Investigator - Carver Road Hospitality# Surveillance Investigator - Carver Road HospitalityCRH Admin - Las Vegas, NV 89104## OverviewSalary Range$25.00 - $30.00 Hourly## Surveillance Investigator**Position Summary:**The primary task of a Surveillance Investigator is to audit and monitor activity of Carver Road Hospitality’s multiple properties which include Sports Bars, Lounges and Fine Dining venues. In this role, you will be monitoring both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) guests, vendors and Team Members and make note of any violations of Company policy, compliance violations, safety issues and criminal activity.**Responsibilities:*** Communicate with Corporate and Senior Venue Leadership on ongoing investigations.* Complete detailed incident reports on any observed violations.* Monitor day-to-day venue operations.* Take note of any operational areas of opportunity, primarily service and Health Code standards.* Monitor staff for any Corporate, Venue, and Human Resources violations.* Track venue ingress and egress points for suspicious activity.* Maintain the health of the CCTV system by communicating with CCTV vendor and the IT department.* Advise leadership on areas of opportunity on improving CCTV monitoring (e.g., “Blind Spots”, etc.)**Qualifications:*** Ability to communicate effectively in English.* Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.* Ability to adapt to use of new technologies.* Minimum one year experience in a Surveillance/Investigations role in high volume venue (Casino, Nightlife Venue, Stadium etc.)* Understanding of steps of service in a Restaurant/Lounge environment* Ability to write professional and comprehensive incident reports which may be presented to Senior Leadership, Human Resources, Risk Management, Insurance Carriers and Law Enforcement.* Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.* Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.* Knowledge of Health Department standards.* Basic understanding of BOH stations and operations.* Basic understanding of Point-of-Sales systems, experience with Micros preferred.*This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with the job.
