Account Executive

Summary The Account Executive will support the Sales & Operations teams by growing and managing new customer sales within an assigned area. This position will pursue sales leads, visit customer sites, and execute sales that will then transition to an account manager for ongoing maintenance and service. Responsible for flying to or driving to various customer locations within the assigned geographic area Reach out to prospective locations through in‑person visits, phone calls, and other communication methods to conduct a consultative sales process, secure new business at a high conversion rate, and ensure long‑term customer satisfaction and retention Communicates the value proposition of Repairify technology and services to potential customers Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s operations to facilitate their success using Repairify technology and services Determines product solutions based upon technical knowledge and previous customer interactions Develops customer relationships from the user level to the manager and owner of automotive repairers Builds customer rapport by probing, listening and offering solutions that resolve customer issues Develops and implements a customer contact plan to achieve sales quota Communicates and reports customer business issues internally within Repairify to educate and inform management Collaborates with other Repairify teams to identify workflow improvements and sales opportunities Meets monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and quotas Gains a thorough understanding of the business model and serves as a liaison between the customers and the organization Works with Operations Managers to provide stellar customer service to customers Generates new revenue by targeting prospect accounts to sell new products and services Documents and reports all activities in the customer relationship management system, Salesforce.com Demonstrates the ability to remain resilient and professional Identifies customer needs and concerns, sets clear expectations, and provides guidance to help customer realize success in using Repairify technology and services Other duties: This job description is not designed to cover all possible activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge and skills Minimum 3 years of sales experience Entrepreneurial spirit with motivation to be the best in a Team environment Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communications, listening and negotiation skills Must be able to exercise judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate action Preferred Qualifications Solid organizational and follow‑up skills Track record for exceeding goals within established timelines Strong problem‑solving and conflict management skills Supervisory Responsibilities This role has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers. Physical Demands This job operates primarily in a professional office environment with frequent visits to various automotive repair shop environments that may be cold, hot, noisy, and wet and may have fumes or odors due to vehicle maintenance. The position requires driving their own personal vehicle to various locations within the assigned geographic area. Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. The role requires sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling, and requires visual acuity to operate motor vehicles. Travel Required This position may require up to 50% travel, which may include air or vehicle travel outside the local area and overnight.
