We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Escrow Closer opportunity with a well-established national Title Company for their office located in Miami, FL.

Your specific duties will include:

• Ability to handle a Real Estate Title file from Sales Contract through preparing the HUD/Closing Disclosure.
• Review Title Search and clear title issues.
• Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction, i.e., Buyers, Real Estate Agents, Builder, and Lenders.
• Prepare all documents for closing.
• Schedule Closings: Doesn't require Closing at the Table

Required qualifications for the position include :

• 3-5 years of experience in a Title/Escrow Closer position.

Preferred qualifications for the position include :

• SoftPro Select software experience
• Florida Title Agent License
• Bilingual/Spanish

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
