Assembler

Job Description:

• Inspect, clean wafers during the QC process
• Attach components/parts onto SA wafers
• Test wafers follow the Work Instructions
• Assist Engineering team to build prototype products
• Support wafer calibration process for sensor/semiconductor products
• Inspect wafers (visual inspection; microscope experience is a plus, not required)
• Set up wafers/products into fixtures and calibration equipment
• Load/run equipment, collect calibration data
• Perform basic data analysis and document/report results
• Use computer tools daily (Excel, email)
• Inspect small components/parts under microscope
• Shift: Work Schedule Monday-Friday Morning shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Qualifications :

• Associate Degree in electronics or related field preferred
• High school diploma acceptable with 3-5+ years of relevant manufacturing/electronics experience
• Can work and handle small handheld tool like DVM
• Computer knowledge (use MS office like Excel, MS Word)
• Can soldering small components onto PCB
• Can handle clean room chemical (IPA, DI water, acetone)
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Email / Windows environment
• Ability to clearly communicate in English
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
• Manufacturing experience with electronics preferred
• Semiconductor manufacturing experience
• Wafer inspection or calibration background
• PCB assembly experience
• Light soldering experience (simple wire soldering only)
• Use of inspection tools (microscope, basic electronic tools like volt meters)
• Most technical aspects are trainable; prior direct calibration experience is not mandatory.
• Open to: Entry-level: 2+ years manufacturing & Mid/Senior: 15-20+ years experience (As long as experience is in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing)
