Reliability Engineering and Maintenance Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Reliability Engineering & Maintenance Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the design and implementation of a successful preventive maintenance program in a high-volume metal stamping automotive component manufacturer. You will also manage the maintenance team that is responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial production machinery.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement the preventive maintenance program
Lead and manage the maintenance team including setting priorities and deadlines, evaluating equipment needs, and establishing the preventive maintenance program and schedules for the equipment
Ensure the department responds to work order requests in a timely fashion
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in machinery maintenance management for an automotive supplier preferably in metal stamping or forming or supervisory role
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
