ABA Mid-Tier Supervisor

Responsibilities Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision Conduct functional behavior assessments, skills assessments, and intake evaluations as assigned Review and analyze treatment data to ensure intervention effectiveness and treatment fidelity Make data-informed recommendations to supervising BCBA Provide direct supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs/BTS) Model clinical skills in the field to ensure high-quality implementation Conduct competency assessments and performance feedback sessions Support staff training on behavior intervention strategies, data collection systems, and documentation standards Provide direct intervention services when clinically indicated Support high-acuity or complex cases as assigned Assist with parent training sessions under BCBA guidance Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation Maintain compliance with HIPAA, payer requirements, and company policies Support audit readiness and quality assurance efforts Adhere to ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB and company standards Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, or related field Active RBT certification or QASP-S (or equivalent mid-level credential) Minimum 2 years of ABA experience working with individuals with ASD Experience supervising or training staff Strong knowledge of ABA principles, data collection systems, and behavior reduction strategies Master’s degree in ABA or related field (in progress acceptable) preferred Enrolled in BCBA supervision hours preferred Experience conducting assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.) preferred Familiarity with CPT 97155 service delivery structure preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
