Global Maintenance & Reliability Excellence Leader

For our client, we are seeking a Global Maintenance & Reliability Excellence Leader to join the team of a leader in the Staffing space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Staffing environment. Location: Wilmington, DE - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $204,483 – $319,505 annually Responsibilities Develop and lead Chemours Asset Care strategy across all manufacturing sites Standardize and govern maintenance and reliability programs globally Establish and monitor Chemours Asset Care KPIs in collaboration with business operations Lead the global rollout of tools, systems, and training related to reliability Promote cross-site collaboration and development of global reliability networks Coach and develop asset care leaders, fostering a culture of proactive maintenance Partner with Capital & Operations teams on projects to ensure reliability from design through execution Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field); Master's degree preferred 15+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or operations in a chemical manufacturing environment 5+ years in a maintenance & reliability leadership role, ideally at an enterprise-wide level Proven experience implementing structured reliability frameworks and process safety mechanical integrity programs Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels Technical knowledge across reliability, workflow management, and lifecycle asset management Benefits Competitive Compensation Comprehensive Benefits Package 401(k) Match (US ONLY) Employee Stock Purchase Program (COUNTRY SPECIFIC) Tuition Reimbursement Commuter Benefits (COUNTRY SPECIFIC)Learning and Development Opportunities Strong Inclusion and Diversity Initiatives Company-paid Volunteer Day Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
