Global Benefits Director: Strategy, Innovation, Compliance
PHINIA Inc.
PHINIA Inc. is seeking a Director of Global Benefits to lead the design, strategy and governance of our worldwide benefits programs. The role reports to the VP of Total Rewards and drives cost-effective, compliant programs across multiple regions.
You will partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to automate, streamline, and optimize benefits, while guiding a high-performing team responsible for health, retirement, and leave programs. This is a senior leadership role with global impact.
