Benefits Manager

Our client, located in Williamson County, is seeking with an employee - focused culture, is seeking to add a Benefits Manager to their team . This high-visibility role is ideal for a relationship-oriented benefits professional who enjoys partnering with employees, leadership, payroll, and external vendors to deliver an exceptional employee experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong benefits administration expertise, outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative manufacturing environment. Duties: Manage all employee benefits, retirement, wellness, and leave programs while ensuring an exceptional employee experience. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, HR, payroll, leadership, and external vendors regarding benefit-related matters. Lead annual open enrollment planning, employee communications, education sessions, and total rewards initiatives. Maintain compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, and other applicable regulations. Monitor benefits utilization, trends, and costs while providing recommendations to improve programs and employee engagement. Manage relationships with benefits brokers, insurance carriers, retirement plan providers, wellness partners, and leave administrators. Coordinate committee meetings, benefit plan changes, vendor communications, and required documentation. Leverage HR technology, reporting tools, analytics, and emerging technologies to drive efficiencies and improve employee communications. Support benefits-related reporting, audits, compliance activities, and special projects. Partner with leadership to continuously enhance employee well-being programs and overall benefits strategy. Requirements: Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of progressive benefits administration experience Strong experience managing health & welfare, retirement, wellness, and leave program Experience leading open enrollment and employee benefits communication initiatives HRIS and payroll systems experience required; Paycom experience highly preferred Manufacturing, union, self-funded plan, or pension experience is a plus Benefits certification (CEBS or similar) preferred but not required Title: Benefits Manager Pay : $100k-$140k Location : Williamson County Schedule : Monday-Friday; Hybrid Schedule with 3 days onsite weekly Travel : Approximately 15-25% to support regional manufacturing locations Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
