What You Will Achieve  

In this role, you will support Pfizer's biotherapeutics portfolio, contributing to support of analytical testing to support process development of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and monoclonal antibodies (mAbs).

How You Will Achieve It

In this role, you will:

• Support Pfizer's biotherapeutics portfolio, contributing to support of analytical testing to support process development of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and monoclonal antibodies (mAbs)

• Follow procedures with general instructions, and work under moderate supervision with regular review

• Perform routine testing of in-process samples, pre-formal stability support, and automation development

• Support process development activities

• Compile data, prepare presentations, and support lab automation initiatives

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years' experience OR Master's degree with 0+ years

• Experience with analytical techniques (UPLC, CGE, icIEF)

• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills

• Effective communication and teamwork

• Proficiency in using scientific software and the Microsoft Office Suite

• Hands-on lab experience

• Strong background in experimental design and result interpretation

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in using personal computers for word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, and scientific software

Nice-to-Have

• Prior experience with in-process analytical support for ADC or mAbs

• Experience with techniques such as SE-UPLC, icIEF, CGE, Mass Spectrometry

• Familiarity with liquid handling robotics systems (Tecan, Hamilton)

• Experience with mass spectrometry software (Byosphere, Byos, Xcalibur)

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $68,600.00 to $114,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
