Job Description
Assistant Project Manager
Looking to build a career in construction? This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with one of Montana's largest contractor. No construction experience is required. They're looking for someone with a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
You'll work alongside experienced project managers and field leaders who will teach you the ins and outs of commercial construction, project coordination, and jobsite operations. If you're organized, eager to grow, and interested in building a long-term career, this family-owned company offers outstanding opportunities for advancement.
From schools and hospitals to commercial buildings and large-scale developments, you'll gain hands-on experience while learning from one of the most respected construction teams in Montana.

What You'll Do:
Learn how commercial construction projects are planned and managed from start to finish
Assist Project Managers with coordinating daily jobsite activities and project schedules
Communicate with field crews to help keep projects moving efficiently
Help track project progress, materials, and timelines
Support purchasing, inventory, and project documentation
Assist with office and administrative tasks that keep construction projects organized and on schedule
Work closely with experienced professionals who will train and mentor you
What We're Looking For:
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong organization and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new software
Construction knowledge is helpful, but not required
QuickBooks or Adobe experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
