Position Summary: Sun Chemical is seeking an HR Operations Representative to support the day-to-day administration of Human Resources processes and programs. In this role, you will serve as a key resource for employees and managers by providing timely support, maintaining employee data, coordinating HR transactions, and helping ensure a positive employee experience.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, leave administration, and other HR programs.
• Manage a high volume of requests received through phone, email, shared mailboxes, and HR service systems.
• Support and maintain HR systems, processes, and employee records.
• Provide user support and guidance related to HR systems and processes.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Support I-9 compliance processes, reporting, and audits.
• Coordinate unemployment claim administration and respond to related inquiries.
• Respond to employment verification requests.
• Generate reports, conduct audits, and assist with HR data analysis.
• Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and quality assurance reviews.
• Collaborate with HR team members and cross-functional partners to support business initiatives and projects.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of employee information.
• Assist with special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience required. Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience required. Experience in an HR customer service, HR shared services, or HR-focused call center environment supporting employees and managers with inquiries related to payroll, benefits, short-term disability (STD), leave administration, HR policies, and other HR programs is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work independently and adapt to changing business needs. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume environment.

Salary Range: $52,000 - $65,000 Annually Compensation is based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and location.
