Assist in the Training of supervisors and Host/Hostess. Normal Working Hours 8 to 12 hours per day, weekends, holidays, and nights Past Work Experience Requirements Two years assistant manager of a four- or five-star restaurant or equivalent College Courses with proven leadership qualities Wine, Spirits, and Beer related experience preferred Educational Requirements Must be enrolled in or a recent graduate of a 2- or 4-year college program, preferably in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field. Communication Skills Requirements Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers Proper pronunciation of Food and Beverage offerings and preparations Excellent public speaking skills Technical Requirements Point of Sale Terminal experience Payroll software experience Reservation Software experience Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point Required Supervision Reports to Restaurant Manager Other Requirements Consistent demonstration of the Ten Essential Attributes #J-18808-Ljbffr
