Compensation: $23.00-$30.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Welder workers for a leading metal fabrication company in Rogers, MN. • Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel
• Read and accurately interpret blueprints and production drawings
• Use calipers, squares, protractors, and other precision measuring tools
• Assist with part assembly and fabrication tasks as needed
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
• Inspect finished work to ensure specifications are met

What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:

• Minimum of 3 years of aluminum and stainless-steel welding experience
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding processes
• Previous experience in the sheet metal industry
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Ability to use hand tools and precision measuring equipment
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and flexibility to work overtime when needed
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
