Night Shift Welder - Locust Grove, GA (5:00 PM - 12:00 AM) M&M Recycling M&M Recycling is looking for a skilled Night Shift Welder to join our Locust Grove team. This position plays a key role in maintaining and repairing heavy industrial equipment used in our scrap metal operations. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, self-motivated, and experienced working with large machinery in an industrial yard setting. Responsibilities: Perform welding, fabrication, and repair work on heavy equipment such as shredders, cranes, shear cranes, balers, and excavators Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical and structural components Work safely and efficiently in outdoor and industrial environments Communicate and coordinate repairs with maintenance and operations teams Requirements: Must provide your own tools and MIG welder Minimum 3 years of welding and equipment repair experience , preferably in heavy industry or scrap metal Ability to work independently during night shift hours (5:00 PM - 12:00 AM) Strong understanding of safety practices and industrial repair standards Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM Location: M&M Recycling - Locust Grove, GA Why Join M&M Recycling: Competitive pay based on experience Stable, long-term employment with a privately owned, growing company Opportunity to work with industry-leading equipment and a supportive team that values skill, safety, and reliability *M&M Recycling completes pre-employment drug testing #J-18808-Ljbffr
