We are currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and promoting our insurance products and services through outbound calls and relationship building. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to leads to introduce our insurance products and services. Schedule appointments for our insurance agents to further discuss policies and provide quotes. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update client information in our database. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly goals. Requirements: Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Detail oriented Proactive in problem solving Able to learn computer functions and systems Ability to work in a team environment Qualifications: Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening People-oriented Detail oriented Proactive in problem solving Ability to work in a team environment Fluency in Spanish is not a requirement but is favored Must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs Must be able to pass a background check Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my agency Business Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
