ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a high-potential professional with an engineering background to join our Technical Sales Development Program, designed to prepare future commercial leaders within our organization.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the entire U.S. market, working directly with leadership and learning how to connect technical solutions with real customer needs.
During the first phase of the program, the focus will be on learning, development, and market exposure, rather than immediate sales performance.

This is not a traditional sales position.
It is a career-building opportunity designed for individuals who want to develop a rare and valuable skill set combining technical expertise and commercial strategy, with a long-term growth path inside the company.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support commercial activities across the U.S. in the plastics, coatings, and construction industries
- Learn how to position and adapt inorganic pigments to customer needs
- Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions
- Work closely with leadership on strategic accounts
- Develop a strong understanding of market dynamics and applications of inorganic pigments
- Gradually take ownership of customer relationships over time
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Materials, Industrial, or similar)
- Strong interest in developing a career in technical sales
- Good communication skills and business curiosity
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. (up to 50% of the time)
- No prior sales experience required — we are looking for potential.
- High level of responsibility and commitment with long-term projects.
- Spanish language skills are a plus
