Job Description
- Act as a key point of contact for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and policy matters.
- Partner with senior HR leadership to provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations and performance management.
- Support and conduct sensitive workplace investigations, ensuring thorough documentation and compliance with employment law.
- Provide risk assessments and strategic recommendations on complex employee matters.
- Track, analyze, and report on workforce trends and ER data to inform decision-making.
- Assist in the design and implementation of performance management frameworks and processes.
- Support performance improvement plans and ongoing feedback initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.

The Successful Applicant
- 5-7 years of HR experience, ideally within professional services.
- Experience in Employee Relations
- Strong understanding of employment laws, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risk and provide practical solutions.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Eagerness to specialize and grow within Employee Relations.
