Architect

Summary:
A leading engineering and planning firm is seeking a Licensed Architect for a full-time, on-site position near the Hainesport, NJ. The Licensed Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural design and project management of various projects. This role requires expertise in design execution, software integration, and collaboration to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design efforts for projects from concept through completion.
• Develop detailed construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and successful completion.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Integrate design software tools into project workflows to ensure efficiency and precision.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments to oversee design implementation and quality.
• Identify project challenges and provide problem-solving strategies to ensure success.
• Maintain compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Architect with a valid license.
• Proven expertise in architectural design and project management.
• Strong understanding of software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, or similar programs.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with teams and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
