Youngsville, NC Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM $18.00 per Hour

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a growing team in Youngsville, NC. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information
• Process orders and assist with order tracking
• Resolve customer questions and concerns in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, administrative, or office experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
