Project Manager - Civil Site Development

A Civil Site Development Project Manager responsible for managing one or multiple projects with a strong understanding of civil site design with previous experience working with commercial, residential, municipal and roadway design projects. Required:Bachelor's degree in civil engineeringP.E.8+ years' experience in design of public and private projects.Experience producing residential design plans and working with residential clients.Experience with civil engineering project management, including development/management of scopes, schedules and budgets.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Working experience with Autocad, preferably Civil 3D.Business development skills.Strong leadership qualities.Understanding of Business Financial Information. Job Duties:Work with and through project teams, to successfully complete project deliverables starting from the planning phase all the way to the construction administration phase:Conduct effective communication with project teams, management, and outside clients.Develop work breakdown structure and identify resource requirements.Direct the development of the project design, permitting, cost estimates and schedules.Perform construction administration services and final certifications.Managing one or multiple projects for multiple clients.Proposal preparations and fee development.Visit clients, job sites and consultant offices as needed to support the project and business development needs.Managing engineering work and interface with other disciplines as needed.May supervise engineers and technicians.Tracks projects in Vision/ Microsoft project with intermediate/advanced skill.
