Drafting Proficiency - Demonstrated ability to draft pleadings, discovery request/responses, correspondence, and case-management documents with a minimal supervision. Case Management Skills - Experience managing litigation calendars, deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation. Discovery Knowledge - Familiarity with e-discovery, document review, production processes, and organizing evidence for attorney review. Client Communication - Ability to communicate professionally with clients, experts, adjusters, and opposing counsel. Legal Research Ability - Competence using legal research tools (Practice Panther, Westlaw, etc.) to support attorney strategy. Tech Competence - Proficiency with case-management software, Microsoft Office, and litigation support platforms. Organizational Strength - Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Team Collaboration - Ability to work closely with attorneys and staff in a high-energy, results-oriented team.
