Project Management & Execution Responsibilities Oversee the full production process from planning through onsite execution and post-project wrap. Coordinate vendors and partners to ensure all production elements are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification. Ensure all production components meet Unboxed standards for quality, safety, creativity, and professionalism. Maintain consistent, proactive communication with internal teams, vendors, and clients. Manage client feedback, translating notes into actionable next steps while safeguarding creative integrity and operational feasibility.
