Senior HR Director, Industrial Automation: Strategy & Talent

Duravant is seeking an Senior HR Director for the Industrial Automation Group in Downers Grove, IL. This office-based role requires a Graduate Degree and 10+ years of HR leadership within industrial manufacturing. Travel up to 50% to operating companies, steering talent and organizational initiatives to drive growth and accountability.
