The pay range for this position is $150,000–$200,000 per year plus competitive benefits. NCM ranks #1 in Aon's Benefit Index among industry competitors.Nomura Capital Management was established by Nomura Holding America Inc. to expand its investment management business in the Americas. NCM provides RIAs and their clients with access to private markets, with its first strategy offering diversified exposure to private credit sectors.The Associate will conduct manager research on private credit strategies, supporting due diligence, analysis, and client-facing activities. The role sits within NCM's investment management division, which focuses on building and distributing private market solutions across direct lending, mezzanine, distressed, and other credit sub-strategies.Nomura is a global financial services group spanning over 30 countries, integrating retail, wholesale (global markets and investment banking), and investment management divisions.
