Training Support Specialist

Our client, a leader in the medical device and regulated industry, is seeking a Training Support Specialist to join their team. As a Training Support Specialist, you will be part of the Training Department supporting the organization's training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-up skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and ensure compliance.

Job Title: Training Support Specialist

Location: Scarborough, ME

Pay Range: 30/h - 33/hr on w2

What's the Job?

• Coordinate and schedule employee training sessions to ensure timely completion
• Route training documents and manage scheduling for individual employees
• Gather data and report training metrics to management for continuous improvement
• Ensure accurate entry of training data into the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Support additional training responsibilities as directed to meet organizational goals

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in the medical device or regulated industry preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of training in a regulated environment desired
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight timelines
