Payroll Analyst: Data-Driven, Compliance & Reporting

RTX is seeking a payroll professional to support U.S. payroll for 129 pay groups across multiple frequencies. You will ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and work with vendors to keep procedures updated. You will test payrolls with ADP and troubleshoot issues while reviewing data for accuracy. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in business/finance and hands-on experience with large-scale payroll systems like ADP Enterprise or Workday, plus strong analytical and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Segment (Twilio)
