Logistics Coordinator

Coordinate product deliveries based on customer-requested delivery dates Monitor product delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment Serve as first point of contact for coordinating all scheduled activities Respond to, resolve, and document all incoming cases reported by customers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IGT’s goals with customer objectives Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal logistics standards Perform additional tasks or projects to improve productivity, efficiency, and service levels Requirements At least 3-5 years of scheduling or logistics experience Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment Proven track record in managing and optimizing transportation and distribution processes Comprehensive understanding of gaming industry logistics, including order management systems and workflow coordination Proficiency in ERP tools and CRM applications, with SAP experience preferred Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in logistics Strong verbal and written communication skills Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to implement process enhancements Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in logistics coordination and compliance within the gaming industry, with a strong focus on optimizing transportation and distribution processes.
