Flatbed CDL-A Regional Driver – $5K Hiring Bonus System Transport Tucson, AZ – Last week to apply. Full‑time drivers will transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on regional routes. Responsibilities Operate a flatbed truck safely and efficiently on regional routes. Load, secure and transport various cargo including glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils and specialty metals. Maintain accurate trip reports and adhere to all DOT and company safety regulations. Participate in orientation and transition training to learn company policies and truck systems. Compensation & Benefits Base weekly pay: $903.55 – $2,021.54 Annual pay range: $46,984.82 – $105,120.17 Hiring bonus: $5,000 (eligible only to currently employed drivers, paid in 4 quartiles of $1,250 over 12 months) Accessorial pay: tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety, over‑dimension, etc. Transition package: $1,800 (first $1,000 for orientation) Health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k) with match, life insurance, EAP, PTO, sick time, and more. Qualifications Valid Class A CDL 21 years of age or older Minimum 4 months of CDL‑A flatbed driving experience (1 year preferred but not required) No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years Clean background check, drug test, and clearinghouse result Safe driving record required Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice during orientation For owners/operators and trainees with less than 4 months experience – not eligible for the bonus.
