Relationship building is close to your heart as well as developing internal and external partnerships.Your key responsibilitiesFull lifecycle involvement in design, implementation, and validation of embedded C/C++ firmware for UPS Systems, Power Electronics and related secure power technologiesAdopt in-house best practice for code integrity and design validationEnsure that the integrity of the system and firmware architecture is maintained throughout the lifecycle of the productCross functional collaboration to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality firmware releasesYou need the following qualifications and experience for this roleProficiency in C/C++ for embedded systemsKnowledge of digital control systemsExperience or knowledge in communication protocols, signal processing, and/or tool chainsExperience with embedded Linux, GIT, VHDL, Python, or FPGA is advantageousPrevious involvement in the development of innovative and groundbreaking digital products is also advantageousEDUCATION Bachelor’s (Master’s a plus) degree in computer science, electrical/electronic engineering, or equivalentSKILLSExcellent communication, interpersonal and collaborationCapability to grow in a multicultural environment is keyProficiency in EnglishStructured and organized way of workEXPERIENCEMinimum of 5 years of relevant experienceExperience from domain of power conversion is a plusTRAVELPosition doesn’t include frequent travelMany career opportunities and focus on developmentAt Schneider Electric we want the best employees. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
