This role offers a remote work setting, allowing our Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to engage with clients through telemedicine while also having the option for in-person sessions at our newly designed outpatient offices in Reno, Nevada. Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will:

• Provide therapeutic services to couples, working with them both jointly and individually to explore issues that affect family dynamics.

• Assess and treat a diverse range of challenges, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, familial conflicts, job stressors, and medical issues.

• Facilitate discussions around complex themes like separation, divorce, blended families, and mother/daughter conflicts, helping clients navigate these situations effectively.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client and their family units.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient interactions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, integrating various treatment methodologies.

Your clientele will include a broad spectrum of individuals and families, enabling you to make a substantial impact across various demographics. Qualifications\n
