Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Operations in Seattle, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as financial institutions and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.92 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 08:45 AM - 05:15 PM Tue 08:45 AM - 05:15 PM Wed 08:45 AM - 05:15 PM Thur 08:45 AM - 05:15 PM Fri 08:45 AM - 06:15 PM Sat 09:45 AM - 01:45 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, surrounding grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas, verifying access permissions and assisting with visitor processing in accordance with site protocols. Support closing and opening routines, observe for irregular conditions involving property and/or equipment, and communicate maintenance, access, or security‑related issues to the appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements: Security experience of 2 or more years is required. Must be 21 years of age or older. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
