Human Resources Manager
Manufacturing | Plant Leadership | 450+ Employee Facility
Our client is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for a large manufacturing facility. This role will partner closely with plant leadership and support a 450+ employee workforce across employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, performance management, and HR compliance.

What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day HR operations for a large manufacturing facility
Partner with plant leadership on employee relations, workforce planning, organizational development, and staffing needs
Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective actions, conflict resolution, and performance issues
Support recruiting, onboarding, retention, succession planning, and employee development
Oversee performance management, compensation, benefits coordination, and workforce reporting
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR practices
Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a positive, high-performance culture
Use HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and support business decisions
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of HR leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience supporting a large manufacturing workforce, ideally 400+ employees
Strong background in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, and HR operations
Experience partnering directly with plant leadership and production teams
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS platforms is a plus
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
