About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to spearhead the operational performance and evolution of its established, full-service casual dining restaurant brand. This hands-on, operations-intensive leadership role demands an experienced restaurant executive with a proven track record in multi-unit operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading day-to-day operational performance, driving improvements in various key areas such as sales, profitability, and guest experience, and maintaining a strong field presence to ensure consistent execution. Additionally, the role involves challenging conventional practices, introducing new approaches, and fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Operations include operational leadership and execution, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
