Entry Level Lab Technician

Joining a collaborative environment alongside expert scientists and engineers, you will perform analytical testing, support product innovation, and undergo a robust 3-4 week structured onboarding program designed for your long-term success. location: Columbia, Tennessee job type: Temporary work hours: 9 to 5 education: High School responsibilities: Perform analytical testing and sample preparation following established SOPs and strict safety standards. Operate, clean, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment logs. Accurately record, organize, and review test data using Microsoft Excel and Word. Maintain organized inventory, supplies, and safe work areas to ensure efficient operations. Communicate test observations, results, and technical issues clearly to cross-functional teams. qualifications: Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong commitment to workplace safety and extreme attention to detail. Basic computer proficiency, including data entry in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent communication skills and a coachable, collaborative mindset. Preferred: Associate Degree or technical certification in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Engineering Technology.
